Recently we visited the beautiful Orton Hall Hotel and Spa near Peterborough. What a beautiful place and amazing facilities. It is pricey so don't be surprised but an amazing place to stay if you can get in.

My dad was the caretaker of orton hall when it was a school. He discovered the romain mosaic in the main hall. The school was closed due to the cost of refurbishment. Dad stayed on when it became a hotel. When it closed we had the most wonderful days in this building
