I don't think Heavy D was underated. He was well respected, did duets with a lot of the top artists back then and won awards too. So i think he was well respected. He still remain my favourite rap artist to date and one of the most consistent.

I was at that concert at Market Square Arena. It was crazy coming out and we all saw the ambulance. And didn’t know what happened until the next day. ☹️
