Prince was one of a kind for his own right. No one could imitate his sounds. After them, I really liked the music of Chuckii Booker. He was also one of the genius producers. Lastly I am still a big fan of Kenny Greene from Intro. Very sad that some of them are no longer with us.

I idolized Heavy D because he was smooth, charismatic, and had a style unlike any other.
So sad to hear he died in 2011, I miss the 80's hip hop and rock so much theres nothing like it today, not even close.
Times goes by quick. I will always appreciate and like this era of music, has a lot of greatness. I still respect old school music etc because back then if you did have talent you cannot make. Old artist/ group came with their personal style and sway. This current era use a lot of technology to enhance their music, their music is good. Old school era will be Never forgotten. Period
