Thank you for posting...gives all the opportunity to see what really happened in Hawaii. You cannot find anything in the press about the tsunami damage in Hawaii. If not for the posts on You Tube one would think that nothing of note happened at all.
Tragic- we were there for the night manta ray dive off the Sheraton!! Highlight of the trip!! What is this beautiful music!! Please tell me! Prayers for Japan!
It's not surprising that this happened when you consider that the Samoa tsunami which didn't even cause us to have an alert or evacuation caused waves here at Keauhou which rose up over the dock and onto the pavement and parking lot. So...this is a vulnerable location.
Nice job, Gary. This will help our friends on the mainland understand, especially those who know the KKYC and the Fair WInd.
