All this happened as Trump and his postmaster general were doing their best _(sic)_ to keep people from voting by mail (though, ironically, many who do that regularly are conservative voters...), so I can see the mail was messed up due to that. Now with the annual shopping and mailing season in full swing, it might be a good idea to wait to order anything the USPS might deliver. Then a few weeks ago UPS delivered a big box to me and they were off by 2 blocks, the carrier person lying that the office had signed for the package, which they _never_ do. I called 5 places and eventually someone came that night to take it off my porch (or it was stolen, I don't know). UPS will either just leave things -- or give them to USPS to deliver. How the hell does a mail carrier damage a box???? Ive literally sent out 30+ lbs and received 30+ lbs of FULL CANS and never had this issue. Carelessness at its finest! 13 lbs really isnt heavy
Why have you placed so many of the old silver coins as just their silver value? Surely most of the coins are worth significantly more than their silver value. Especially the older and better condition ones.
If you go on eBay and look at sold listings, pretty much all the junk silver just goes for spot, since it's so high. Most of the premiums disappear when silver gets this high
@@Silverpicker That's not even close to true. Junk silver on ebay goes for 18.5-19x right now. Spot is 17.3x. You valued semi-key date junk proof at 17x.
The Guernsey 🇬🇬 and Jersey 🇯🇪 is in the English Channel next to France. They make there own type of pound like most of the British territories and can be very expensive.
The idea that giving someone 75% of the value of their items (i.e. taking a 25% profit) is a scam is absurd. If you truly believe that, you should go to your local coin store and tell them to their faces that they are scam artists and should never make a profit.
@@Silverpicker I never said that you should not make a profit. But LD offer spot for a silver round they charged 1.25 cents over spot. That is a 5% spread. But even that isn't the issue, you were quoting some constitutional at 16x face when the market is clearly at 19.5-20x face. That is an additional 20% off. And "some" of your other prices, especially for the expensive items, were even more off.
@@johnmonrow9981 All of my junk silver prices are based on the spot price at the time I filmed the video and for numismatic coins based on the average price on eBay sold listings. I'm not just making prices up on this stuff.

Hi @Silverpicker! You have an amazing channel!
Thank you so much!!
@@Silverpicker No problem! Hopefully my channel becomes as great as yours! I am in middle school and started my channel 2 months ago!
How the hell does a mail carrier damage a box???? Ive literally sent out 30+ lbs and received 30+ lbs of FULL CANS and never had this issue. Carelessness at its finest! 13 lbs really isnt heavy
Yep, but it is what it is as they say
Why have you placed so many of the old silver coins as just their silver value? Surely most of the coins are worth significantly more than their silver value. Especially the older and better condition ones.
If you go on eBay and look at sold listings, pretty much all the junk silver just goes for spot, since it's so high. Most of the premiums disappear when silver gets this high
@@Silverpicker That's not even close to true. Junk silver on ebay goes for 18.5-19x right now. Spot is 17.3x. You valued semi-key date junk proof at 17x.
I like your videos can you please make more videos about grab bags
Absolutely! Thanks Yurii!
The Guernsey 🇬🇬 and Jersey 🇯🇪 is in the English Channel next to France. They make there own type of pound like most of the British territories and can be very expensive.
Super cool! Thanks Andrew
The hoodie he’s warming is dope
Why thank you! teespring.com/stores/silverpicker
That was such a nice letter
YOUR LIGHT IS KILLING ME !!!!!!!!!!
The seller just got scammed. Low-balled the value and took another 75% off. Could have gotten full value if he went on any coin forum.
We have quarter dollar coins 1970 no mint mark. For sale.
Have a blessed day
You selling stuff?
I am! Email me at thesilverpicker@gmail.com
Ok
I did
This is a great video keep up the great work
Thanks Sir!
I can't believe you weren't wearing gloves from the beginning but they're yours to do with what you want definitely a nice haul looking forward to seeing what the bills are !!
If I was dealing with uncirculated or super valuable coins I would, but for junk silver it doesn't really hurt the value
What is wrong with the PVC holders?
They leach out chemicals over time and destroy your coins
Your intro and stalking is way too long get to the silver
Thank God TH-cam allows you to skip to the middle of the video right

Guernsey is pronounced gern-see. It is an island controlled by the British off the coast of France.
Umm...those Canadian halves have silver content....I noticed u added 3.50 to ur total, I'm thinking there a bit more then that...lol
Where did I put that in the video? That must have been an editing mistake. They are worth about $7 at melt.
@@Silverpicker ...my apologies....at 16:50 u were looking at 50C pieces, while you were discussing them I saw the 3.50 pop up but went back and looked again (actually for the 3rd time) and I saw prior to your 5x7 popup, the timing was just off and i misinterpreted....Also, being Canadian, I sometimes forget ur popping up USD pricing when you do your "tallies"...so again, my apologies, I thought it was odd you'd misquote and it's the only reason i pointed it out and now I'm wiping the egg from my face...again, sorry bud.
Every picker's worst nightmare
The package you mean?
@@Silverpicker yes lol
$1 silver ike's that are not silver go for about $4 each here.
Looks like a lot of those Ikes were centennial. Maybe he thought those would be worth something. Shame they're not.
I have a silver proof and even that's only worth about $10 on a good day.
That is the BRIGHTEST tube of Kennedy's I've ever seen and I think that's the first CC Morgan I haven't seen not in a stupid holder
