First of all great video!! But secondly the copyright I believe it is not copyrighted until you have gone through the legal work and have the appropriate papers. The sound of the engines can be a trade mark of the manufacturer but you can't claim that engine sound as yours. Now I can see what u mean by the copyright so why don't u just say, "please don't use any part of this video without asking" rather than claiming a "copyright" on the sound. Other than that great job and the video is only shaky because the plane was.
The only party who has a reasonable expectation to a copyright is the airline company. Take the note off of your video. It's not necessary as well as is annoying. Thank you.
Tell me what are you copy right? You said the sound in the video is copy righted.. That is the sound Jet engines make.. You CAN NOT Copy Right that sound. Are you copy right the PA Annoucment? you cant cause that is the Airlines and is a scripted one. So only thing I can say you can copy right is your videos, but you can't copy right the sounds of the engines spooling up after landing or any part of the engine cause that is the normal every day sound of any given jet engine on any aircraft of same type. So do not keep putting up this sound is copy righted cause it makes you look like a fool

How are you able to make these videos without getting caught? I heard the FAA fines passengers if they fell to turn off their electronic devices.
