It is a good car no doubt, but Tata's dealers and service centers still have a lot to catchup to compared to Maruthi, Hyundai, or Mahindra. Small to large niggles that are developing in Nexon and Harrier are not being adequately resolved. Sales team also are not customer friendly, they do not treat customers well. Reliability-wise, Engines offered by Maruthi do not have a match. Tata's build quality and safety, Maruthi's reliable engines and service, and Hyundai's customer experience would have been ideal, but we do not live in an ideal world.
Note:- I am not a swift owner, I own a creta. And searching for a secondary car. It's called "Fisheye effect" of a wide-angle lens which causes corner elements of the frame to stretch. *Technically, Punch is almost 200 mm longer, 140 mm wider with bigger boot space.* Wagon R is almost 60 mm taller which looks weird and out of proportion. The road presence of Punch will be much better as it's much wider, longer and uses a segment above 16 inches tyres. Also, if you're a fan of thick tall, squarish and a huge bonnet then the Punch is for you.
