The fact that you are able to record and share the struggles is awesome. When i have problems My mind aint at filming anything haha. You might be crushing the spacer with these New harder jaws. And when you mill them on the haas the center might be abit off and that can easy damage the part especially when they are harder. Cheers mate
Another thing you might be able to do for alignment is get a mag base dial indicator and stick it to a spot on the turret that doesn't have tools in it, and sweep it along x to make everything parallel that way?
