Excellent passive radiator build! Thank you so much for sharing my friend!
...from what i understand sofar (I'm a noob to PR's though)
...when your powered woofer is barely moving
but your passive woofer's moving alot
you'll be at or pretty close to the resonant frequency for that passive -
not sure if that's the same as 'free air' resonance or not

I think it's more apt to say that both the active woofer and the passive radiator resonate at different frequencies, so your comment would be appropriate only when the passive radiator is in resonance
