Perfect presentation. Your demonstration is exactly what my setup is (Zidoo Z9x, LG C1 + Soundbar. I need this device because my LG C1 does not support DTS audio and doesn't DTS audio passthrough. With this device, I can solve all my audio problems. Thank you
Great video. Would I need one of these audio extractors for EACH device that I want to use it for? Meaning if I want to game at 120 hz on my gaming PC and PS5 PRO, on my tv which supports 120 hz, but my reciever only supports 4k 60 hz, do I need extractors for each console or can I run them through some type of splitter. Input lag is a big concern so Im not sure how that would all work together, or if there would be sounds that are out of sync with the gameplay. My tv and reciever both have Earc ports. The problem is my reciever has one Earch output only, so I dont know if I need a splitter and multiple extractors for multiple 120 hz consoles or pcs. Ive been trying to find this work around because its insane to me to spend 1500 on a newer reciever when I just got this one in 2019, just to get some extra frames out of my games.
I have a Samsung S90C tv with earc connected to my Arcam Avr750 receiver arc(not earc) but the sound is hardly audible and won't even send a signal to my sub. Can I use this to convert the earc from the tv to maybe hdmi to go to an hdmi input on my receiver instead?
I need your help. I just got my Poseidon d60 but my smart tv doesn't have an arc/earc. My smart tv only has hdmi 2.0. If I buy an HDA-929 audio extractor. If i connect my firestick to the hdmi source port then connect my d60 to the arc/earc sound bar port then if i connect arc/earc tv out port to connect to my tv will it work? Also if it works will dolby atmos work too? Again fyi my tv dont have dolby atmos and my tv doesnt have arc/earc port. Thanks in advance 🙏
Hello, On this device is working HDMI CEC ? I whant to use chromecast and soundbar and i want to use chromecast remote to control for tv,soundbar and chromecast(just one remote). Thank you.
my sony bravia dont have HDMI earc can i use the normal HDMI port at the back? can you tell me how? I am using my Sony Bravia TV as my computer monitor... i want to extract the sound to my soundbar... but I cant connect my soundbar to my TV because it has no HDMI arc
I want to connect my chromecast ultra to the extractor - Will the extractor provide power to the Chromecast or do they both have to be connected to external power? Also can the HDMI output be disconnected since I only want to output audio from the Chromecast via toslink cable to my speakers
Very nice but what if I want to cennect this to normal hdmi port in tv (not arc or eArc) Will this work as a second earc port audio extractor to soundbar ? (I want to use arc port and earc port in the tv to connect consoles) so this HDA 929 will be connected to normal hdmi port to extract audio earc from TV (when Im playing a console or PC or apple tv) to soundbar
I have samsung arc tv, i have bose ultra smart tv, windows desktop. Desktop connected to tv. When i sed this sound doesnt last long, keep on loosing espcially when i pause any play.
Hi I need yr help... can you pls suggest that which product will help me to set multiple (3-4) eARC supported devices... like dolby soundbar, apple TV, PS5 & MacBook. Pls suggest 🙏
I have tried exactly the same and connected to firetv stick and sonos arc soundbar and sony projector....video is coming without any issue but no audi to soundbar...
Hi @AD-ef9ln: after set up the same things like in the video, audio will still come from tv, keep everything turn on, and toggle the e-arc button on the hda-929 device multiple times... ideally it has to be off to channel the audio from streamer to soundbar....make sure you configured tv set up for your soundbar already via the Sonos app. I have exact same step and it worked
I have a 65 inch series 7 Samsung tv with arc support and I’m unable to get atmos passthrough with this device. I only get sound when toggling the ARC/eARC button on but I’m still getting horrible lip sync issues and no Atmos. I’ve followed the video guide with an Apple TV 4K. What am I doing wrong?
This product is confusing especially since it has a ARC switch in the front. I am returning it and trying the HDA-931. I wish you all would monitor this social channel and provide some assistance.

Is it possible with this device to connect my Samsung tv and split the sound to 2 sound bars like q990c Dolby Atmos
Does this upscale a smart tv arc only , to dolby atmos sound bar, as l can only get 5.1
how about trying to get the audio from the eARC TV HDMI to a receiver that does not support eARC?

Is their any difference between this product and 931?

Yes, you can connect it to a normal port on your TV as well, but it won't act as a second eARC port for your TV.
Can i use My pc as media player source and video output to projector and Audio to soundbar will it work
I have samsung arc tv, i have bose ultra smart tv, windows desktop. Desktop connected to tv. When i sed this sound doesnt last long, keep on loosing espcially when i pause any play.
will this work with a cheap projector

Can I connect to my AVR and to my Soundbar seperately? Will atmos play through both?
Yes, you can connect both and both will play Atmos as long as they support it.
does the soundbar need to have 4k hdr passthrough?
No, the soundbar does not need to have 4K passthrough.
Will it support 1440p 120Hz monitor or it will downgrade it into 1080H?
I am searching for this from yesterday. Let me also know, if you get it.
How about CEC?
Yes, CEC control is supported in this model.
Q990c will support 11.1.4 Chanel
And Dolby Atmos

Also notice that the product says “adaptor” and not extractor. So I really don’t think this product functions as advertised
Hi,
The product will function as advertised. The writing on the device is just a misunderstanding.
