I’m old enough to remember this is how Forest have been successful in the past, counter attack play with a great No.10, quick wingers and a prolific forward ie Bohinen, Bryan Roy, Stone, Woan, Stan. Under Frank Clark, finishing 3rd & 9th in the Prem - 94/95 and 95/96. And getting to the QF of UEFA cup.
I don't know what is possible for Forest, would be unbelievable to see them in any kind of European football especially at the expense of one of the establishment. Every fan outside the cartel is with you

I expected a bit more from Michael Dawson here. The comments about Forest's spending over £100m in season 1 back in the PL. Forest did that because they had a decimated team after promotion. A necessity. As for possession football. That's never been our style even during the Clough era. Look at Southampton. Possession means nothing. Being effective defensively and efficient in possession wins matches is what matters. I'd hate it if Forest played tik tak football. It's tedious to watch. Long live counterattacking football!
As a forest fan I can honestly say we're dreaming at the minute, me personally I hate the low possession game, I feel it invites problems, but with a solid defence it's working well at the minute, to really compete in the top 6 or even 8 we Need 2 central midfielders and top ones ta that, and definitely anotjer striker, I know Woods banging them in but he gets injured or his form drops we don't have another option, it's going great at then minute 👍
I hope they finish in the top 4. First Newcastle, then Villa and if Forest do it. That's just the beauty of the Premier League.
