23:58 to 24:20 😂❤ 16 years ago my husband and i said yes and it's been quite a comedy drama ever since. I have learned to say "i don't know how" or "i can't answer that question" rather than my ego just making stuff up and it really feels good. Sometimes i like to lovingly "fact check" myself lol.

I am noticing that when someone asks me to do something and i say no thak you. They can get angry to make me fawn. Or they can try to shame me. It is every bewildering to understand that i am being shamed or put on a guit trip.
Today is the first time I managed to identify shame and confront the person. ❤
Am other one is condescending.
I am thankful to receive the teachings over and over untill i get it.
When you feel crushed,
Know you are being accelerated.
Tell them to TH-cam it and do it themselves lol

Cool. I had to be psychic to know the state my family was in. So I associated stress and empathy.
Now i learned to chill and be relaxed and not juding as i see other s psychic and emotional make up.
Because it feels nicer.

I can relate so much with his experiences, except I don’t have any spiritual gifts whatsoever. I relate with the turmoil and the energy and the being able to be the calm in the storm and really shining when things are at the worst.
