Hi queen. I enjoy eating Ghana foods because is so much healthier then America foods. And I notice in Ghana Covid19 is not bed like in some countries maybe in Ghana you all eat alot of fresh fruit and vegetables. Anyway I have a question because I see on someone always making Ghana food, and know there in Ghana is Nigeria. So how do I know is I cooking Ghanaian food or Nigerian foods
Hello dear cooking is an act and I always try as much as possible to make it my own 😊 whether Ghanaian or Nigerian, you can learn from a lot of other countries recipes and make it your own 💖 I don’t see a lot of difference but one thing is for sure the choice of ingredients can make you know where the food originated from ❤️ I hope this helped.
Hello sis aww so sorry to hear that unfortunately I am not based on the US so it will difficult for me to tell but I strongly believe the African shops might have them in store 🙏🏾 thank you for watching ❤️ I will encourage you to use the ones you got you do not have to get all the ingredients used in the video 🙏🏾
You are welcome sis… I roasted the nutmeg with the other ingredients and later later on blended every other ingredients with the exception of the nutmeg and star anise 🥰
Makes cooking a breeze and easy. Love that you toasted the spices first, I can imagine the aroma. Yumm
