So prolific. I would also agree with you keeping them low and open profile would definitely help fruit production.

Any idea how old they are or how long they have been in the ground

IDK there is fruit on almost every node in this video. This bush form seems to be working real well right here. There has to be a 1000 figs in those trees we just saw.

Fortunately it doesn't get that cold here in Pinehurst Nc

Very nice. I would definitely bring them down 2/3 and they’ll explode next year

Glad I found this video and channel. Just subscribed. I’m in NC too and this is my first year growing figs and I was lucky enough to have a friend that mailed me some cuttings. LSU Gold and Purple were two of the varieties. Can’t wait to try them. Would love to get some of the other LSU varieties one day. I hear they are all good. Where was the sale at?

Hey I think the sale was from the actual college years ago. I will be happy to hook you up with cuttings of all varieties. Where in North Carolina are you?

    Summer solstice is June 21st.
    NOT THE 20th!

Thanks for trying to correct me but the solstice was actually on June 20th this year being that it is a leap year.
