Vacation tip: We did Walmart pick-up from here when we went to Disney last summer. Got our snacks/ponchos/toiletries for the whole week. Took 5 minutes to pull up and get my stuff. Didn't have to try to navigate the store or crowds!
@@FRO8181 it was awesome! They even upgraded a few things for free. Ex. We ordered tiny keychains with misters on them and we got full sized Mickey Mouse ones like the ones you buy in the park. My daughter was thrilled!

All the Walmart's in southern California look like this one, minus all the Disney stuff and palettes of luggage. But you are completely right, if you go to a Walmart, you are on a mission with a list! LOL
As a former Walmart Inventory Manager the pallets are from the truck. Every night the truck is unloaded and after around 9 the pallets are brought out for stocking. This is usually when there is less store traffic.
Tim I don't think you realize how much volume a walmart store does. Those willy nilly pallets of food are for restocking. Walmart is always restocking because shelves will get emptied by shoppers. Other stores restock mostly at night because they just don't do the volume of Walmart (the leading employer of people on SNAP).
I met them the 27th of Dec, they were up at Club 33 but I still managed to say hello and Jenn said Hi Back with a big heart! haha Love them! Def the highlight of our trip.
We went to this store many times during our Holiday! You should go to ALDI as they have Disney products too! (We made a ALDI video for our channel and it performed well!) 😊
You should give other Walmart’s a chance too. Or whatever. Idk, I think Walmart has stepped up their game in recent years. Now we only go to target when we have serious cash to burn. Too expensive!
We were told this Walmart is the second busiest in the nation. When we were there it was INSANE, but the shelves were well stocked and the tills were super efficient. I was totally overwhelmed by the amount of people there, even though we had been warned. At one point we couldn't even move because there was a traffic jam in the aisles. But if you're on vacation, this is a very helpful place to stop. Thanks for the video.

I grew up going to walmart because we only JUST got a target a few years ago (yay rural South). We still generally stick to wally world because, like you said, we have a list, a mission, and we get in and get out. One thing I can say is that Target is so much quieter than walmart. A more relaxing shopping experience, but walmart is tradition.
When I lived down south, our town had the Nation's Largest Super Walmart. Moved back home to MI and there is a huge difference. So many of the Walmarts in the south are much nicer and cleaner! Our local one is terrible!
This is definitely a typical tourist destination Walmart. I go to one close to Ocean City Maryland and it’s like this. But yes, Walmart has a specific layout and if you go a lot, you know it by heart😂 If you don’t have your list, you will be in there for three hours!
Before the Walmart on 535 opened, this was the closest Wal-Mart to Disney, and it was a sea of humanity all the time. The worst was, like, 11pm, after people left the parks for the day. This was also where the buses for the College and International Program buses went when I did my program in 2000. Good times. Scary...but good times haha
Ive been sick for a week coughing and sneezing from a sinus and ear infection. My insides hurt from all the coughing and i decide to watch this video. im dying over here watching tim go through walmart 😂😂😂😂. I work at that Walmart and it is one of the busiest Walmarts in the district and the night that you went I was off and yes unfortunately we do put pallets on the floor that actually we should not be putting pallets on the floor and I also got admit it was kind of messy when you went but loosely at night it gets that way but it’s cool to see you go through my store I love watching your videos
This was the closest walmart to our villa last year it was never this busy maybe we were just lucky! Also prefer Target/Publix but visiting from the UK all the stores are amazing in Florida!
Ok, I know you like Target better, but this Walmart, especially the Vision Center, helped me out big time! I wear those framless glasses with the fishing line that holds the lenses in place. I woke up in the morning and somehow me specs had fallen and one of the lenses fell out, leaving the fishing line dangling. We asked all around and there are no real eye glass repair places in the parks, shops, on property or anywhere. After an extensive search, our concierges recommended the Walmart as it came up on the computer We ubered on over through my fuzzy world and in 10 minutes my glasses were fixed like new and they even repaired a nose pad for an extremely reasonable price to where I literally had to throw money at them. That was 3 years ago and the repair is still fine. So, maybe The Walmart Superstore Warehouse has some real good deals! Next time your at Disney, check and see if eyeglass services are still as scarce as on Piggy's Island.
Neat thing Wal Mart does is the mobile app tells you if an item is in stock and where you can find it no matter how willy nilly it appears. And free WiFi, too.
5:05 I can totally agree with what you said! Whenever my family goes to Walmart, which is once in a blue moon, you really need a plan and get in and out of it as quickly as possible.

It's all the people that have been nagging him to try Walmart that didn't like the fact that he didn't immediately prefer it to Target. I just like how liking Target is a show of having a lot of money but buying annual passes for a lot of the Florida theme parks is not. Guess he's a snob if a decision he makes doesn't benefit viewers! Walmart fans want him to be like them and spend less money but they also want videos about Disney, Universal, Seaworld, hotels, and the like cranked out daily. Seems fair!

I don't like WM because of how they treat their suppliers. They're ruthless. Target is higher end IMO and it doesn't make me feel like I fell into the movie "Idiocracy" when I shop.
@@Tr0nzoid Could just be my super Walmart specifically, but the two Targets near where I live are astronomically better than the super Walmart we have. The Walmart always has product ripped open and thrown places, food products opened and eaten out of, items thrown in the wrong spot, and usually only about two registers open. I would certainly call Target slightly "higher end" than Walmart in regards to products and service as a retailer. Additionally, Target's home products are far more aesthetically pleasing.

I just went to Target, I don't know if it was just me, having a bad day, but every time I tried to look at something, from one side of the store to the other, there was an employee stocking or pricing right by me, the one woman was like swarming around me, I couldn't look at anything, I thought it was rude, I understand they have to do their job, but geeze
Same. Our Walmart is way nicer than that one. It made the Target across the street look like a Kmart. Target had to completely remodel their store just to appear nicer. It’s much more upscale, but I find it lacking in many things that Walmart carries. Also, many people prefer Target, claiming that Walmart mistreats their employees. Having worked at a Target for 4 years, I can say they’re way wrong. In fact, some of the things Target dies/did are flat out illegal. But that’s on the management level, not corporate. At least they’re finally paying better, but that may be due to the competition across the street (Walmart) as well as many others offering higher wages. tl;dr: our Target is now better thanks to there being a Walmart.
I love buying the candy canes on clearance! I have so many cherry flavored and fruit flavored candy cans stocked up since after christmas! Guilty pleasure? Indeed.
If you all are wondering why hasn’t Tim uploaded the cruise video by now, is because in order to use the WiFi on Disney cruise line is $29.95 PER MINUTE. Yes I said it right PER MINUTE (Could possibly be more). When I went on my Disney cruise with my family last year, the crew informed us that they did indeed have WiFi but since it’s Disney’s own personal WiFi tower on the cruise ship, they just about charge premium dollar for you to use it... so when your bills comes in and it’s as much as a mortgage payment for a house, now you know lol
Now that Tim has admitted that he almost never plans his vlogs ahead of time I can see that in this video. That’s what makes it great though. Totally authentically bewildered Tim may be my favorite!

I went to that Walmart when I was in Florida earlier this year. It was an experience! For any Aussie who hasn't had the Walmart experience yet, it's like they decided to put a Kmart into to largest Woolies ever, and it's Christmas Eve, but they only have to checkout open. We were in line for 40 minutes! I am kind of disappointed you didn't show off the cereal aisle, the bagged cereal blew my mind! They were the size of dog food bags!

I woke up in the morning and somehow me specs had fallen and one of the lenses fell out, leaving the fishing line dangling.
We asked all around and there are no real eye glass repair places in the parks, shops, on property or anywhere. After an extensive search, our concierges recommended the Walmart as it came up on the computer
We ubered on over through my fuzzy world and in 10 minutes my glasses were fixed like new and they even repaired a nose pad for an extremely reasonable price to where I literally had to throw money at them.
That was 3 years ago and the repair is still fine.
So, maybe The Walmart Superstore Warehouse has some real good deals!
Next time your at Disney, check and see if eyeglass services are still as scarce as on Piggy's Island.

Actually yes. Many people buy an extra bag to take home their haul.
Neat thing Wal Mart does is the mobile app tells you if an item is in stock and where you can find it no matter how willy nilly it appears. And free WiFi, too.

It's all the people that have been nagging him to try Walmart that didn't like the fact that he didn't immediately prefer it to Target. I just like how liking Target is a show of having a lot of money but buying annual passes for a lot of the Florida theme parks is not. Guess he's a snob if a decision he makes doesn't benefit viewers! Walmart fans want him to be like them and spend less money but they also want videos about Disney, Universal, Seaworld, hotels, and the like cranked out daily. Seems fair!
Here’s a thought...how about we are all allowed to have our preferences about where to shop and not get offended and defensive when someone posts a video with another opinion? 😁😏 For the record, I strongly prefer Target and will go out of my way to go there, but if you like Walmart, you do you!

Love Walmart. Prices are cheaper than Target. Whenever I went to Target for something it never had what I wanted.
I don't like WM because of how they treat their suppliers. They're ruthless. Target is higher end IMO and it doesn't make me feel like I fell into the movie "Idiocracy" when I shop.

Target stuff isn't "higher end." It has the illusion of it being higher end and caters to people snubbing their noses at Walmart.
@@Tr0nzoid Could just be my super Walmart specifically, but the two Targets near where I live are astronomically better than the super Walmart we have. The Walmart always has product ripped open and thrown places, food products opened and eaten out of, items thrown in the wrong spot, and usually only about two registers open. I would certainly call Target slightly "higher end" than Walmart in regards to products and service as a retailer. Additionally, Target's home products are far more aesthetically pleasing.

I just went to Target, I don't know if it was just me, having a bad day, but every time I tried to look at something, from one side of the store to the other, there was an employee stocking or pricing right by me, the one woman was like swarming around me, I couldn't look at anything, I thought it was rude, I understand they have to do their job, but geeze
Same. Our Walmart is way nicer than that one. It made the Target across the street look like a Kmart. Target had to completely remodel their store just to appear nicer. It’s much more upscale, but I find it lacking in many things that Walmart carries. Also, many people prefer Target, claiming that Walmart mistreats their employees. Having worked at a Target for 4 years, I can say they’re way wrong. In fact, some of the things Target dies/did are flat out illegal. But that’s on the management level, not corporate. At least they’re finally paying better, but that may be due to the competition across the street (Walmart) as well as many others offering higher wages. tl;dr: our Target is now better thanks to there being a Walmart.
I love buying the candy canes on clearance! I have so many cherry flavored and fruit flavored candy cans stocked up since after christmas! Guilty pleasure? Indeed.
If you all are wondering why hasn’t Tim uploaded the cruise video by now, is because in order to use the WiFi on Disney cruise line is $29.95 PER MINUTE. Yes I said it right PER MINUTE (Could possibly be more). When I went on my Disney cruise with my family last year, the crew informed us that they did indeed have WiFi but since it’s Disney’s own personal WiFi tower on the cruise ship, they just about charge premium dollar for you to use it... so when your bills comes in and it’s as much as a mortgage payment for a house, now you know lol
Now that Tim has admitted that he almost never plans his vlogs ahead of time I can see that in this video. That’s what makes it great though. Totally authentically bewildered Tim may be my favorite!

I went to that Walmart when I was in Florida earlier this year. It was an experience! For any Aussie who hasn't had the Walmart experience yet, it's like they decided to put a Kmart into to largest Woolies ever, and it's Christmas Eve, but they only have to checkout open.
We were in line for 40 minutes!
