For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? (1 Pet 4:17).
I think anyone that bothers to read the entire verse will immediately know that the Bible was not talking about persecution in verse 17. If it meant persecution, does it also mean those that do not obey the Gospel will be persecuted after us?
Of course not, it doesn't just add up.
Brethren, let us cleanse ourselves of all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

Persecution is not judgment in the house of God because Satan is not a judge. But that verse has with righteousness of God towards all Man, if these a born again still fall in sin what about these are out side salvation?😅
