These scenes are giving haunted star vibes…there’s something so refreshing about them plotting, planning, and working as a unit. This is easily my favorite beat the show plays with them. I can certainly understand Spencer being skeptical about the authenticity of the evidence since his Uncle Victor is involved. However, my fear is that he'll have second thoughts about using the evidence because he doesn't want to be the one responsible for taking Ace's mom away from him. We all know how traumatized Spencer has been growing up without his mom. He just confessed to Trina that he's been jealous of her relationship with Portia.

This is gonna come down to choices and making the right one. As the saying goes: "If something seems too good to be true, Then it probably is." Taking short cuts in life doesn't guarantee you'll get what you want. In fact, quite the opposite. Even if one were to, How long before it comes back to bite you in the a**? Sometimes things have a way of working themselves out when you least expect it. I wish i could say patience is what's needed in this case, but i simply cannot. The writers really f*cked this up the minute Esme showed up on the Haunted Star soaking wet and preggers with child🤦🏾♀️ Anyways, i believe Spencer has a choice he can either concentrate on what's most important in his life that being, Trina, or, obsess over custody of a child that may be of no relation to him at all. I'm not feeling so hopeful about this evidence. The letter is sus because Eva Nicholas and Victor burned Esmes suitcase with the letters inside after she fell off the parapet the first time so I have questions about that . The prescription and the video are probably real but does that even matter because it was obtained illegally. They are definitely going to argue about this on Monday.
The problem with this evidence is that Esme still have amnesia and she can still claim that Ryan forced her to do it. Plus, Ryan and Oz are both dead. It's a good chance that the evidence could be fake, but it makes sense on how she got the drugs because the pills were in a prescription bottle. We know the PCPD isn't worth a dime. It was Trina and Joss who found Oz and linked him to the burner phone. So, I can see Victor with all his resources finding evidence against Esme. It's like Trina said there's no such thing as a perfect crime. I hope Trina gives up this poor Esme crap now. As a side note how in the hell did Joss get an ILY from Dex and Trina gets nothing from Spencer uuuugggghhhh. 🤔😔
