애들이 하나같이 "엄마 왜이래? 놔주세용??"하고 쳐다보는 반응이 너무 귀여워요.. 지젤이 울음소리도 너무 귀엽고요.. 무게가 있어서 손으로 움켜쥐어서 안은게 아파서라도 오래는 못있을것 같고.. 팔로 안으면 더 잘 있더라고요

This is what some call "the accordion" hold (cats can't breathe properly and might scratch/bite) if I see it IRL, I tell the holder it hurts the cat and show them better holds.
Hehe, Google streches front legs like Amber, and if I see right, his belly pattern transformed from looking like a belt(buckled or not) into a vest/shirt (adds to the "sleeves" he got already).
that's exactly what i was thinking - it may seem cute, but this isn't a comfortable, safe way to hold cats, and i don't think i can watch a whole video of people doing it to their babies... you should always support a cat's legs, especially older and heavier cats - and ragdolls are inherently heavy! i'm sure none of these kitties were hurt as hazel knows them very well, but i don't condone the act of making cats uncomcortable or potentially hurt just because "it's cute"... folks should always ask their vet to help them determine the best ways to hold their particular cat, as there's no extra cost to a little education and some cats are pickier or have health problems =^◐ω◑^=

But with Grandma Chloe it was obvious she was shocked (might even felt scared or uncomfortable too?) when Hazel held her that way the 1st time, that's why that non-Ragdoll reaction 😅
It's quite funny to see that no matter how many yearssss Hazel been taking care of them, their reaction on that particular day or moment is just NOT what she or even Terry can predict well!😂
many cats are uncomfortable, in pain, or can't breathe when held this way, especially larger or older cats, and cats with health concerns...! Always support a cat's legs, to avoid any breathing constriction or spinal damage
