DOCTORS OF THE WORLD’S MOBILE HEALTH CLINIC 🚑
Since 2018, Doctors of the World’s Mobile Health Clinic powered by @Telus Health has been operating in Victoria (BC), providing primary health care services to our most marginalized community members.
Our team, staffed by a Registered Nurse and supported by outreach workers and volunteers, travels Greater Victoria, including Sidney and Sooke, offering primary health care to people in need where they are: in parks, shelters, streets…
Services onboard include:
·Wound care
·STI testing
·Over-the-counter medications
·Harm reduction supplies (condoms, safer injection and inhalation materials)
·Contraceptives and more…
