Fantastic creative thought ! Maybe simple little butterfly springs for the seat so it doesn't look so springy but still sufficient ? :) Looking forward !!
Between you, and pacific mike I have completely rebuilt my ‘98 Electra glide. And everything has went flawlessly. Just casually teaching us all how to wrench! Can’t thank yall enough

Regarding the exhaust header wrap. I heard that to have it stay proper on the pipe with no "fluffiness", one should soak the reel in the water before wrapping. Do you have such experience?
That’s correct. I usually put the entire roll in water and let it soak for a couple minutes. This helps for the wrap to stretch around the pipe better. The tighter you get the wrap, the better it will look and the longer it will last. And wear long sleeves and gloves. That’s stuff is very itchy.
Thanks for all the hard work on making the videos. I always look forward to a new one.
Thank you for those kind words.
If this channel helped you fix your bike, please hit the thumbs up button.

Alternator putting out to Much ? Friend had a gen. Putting out to much on a 58 . It was frying everything .
We will be replacing the entire system and checking all wires related just to make sure. I’m suspecting a bad rotor that keeps eating the stators.
