That being said, it's not a bad game. It has an interesting world and cool art direction and absolutely gorgeous visuals. The combat is pretty run of the mill, but the game really left me wanting more. I'll definitely play a sequel.

chad freshkidd lol id say both my friend bcuz imagine having crazy upper body strength and using all your force at the same time.😂damn you may kill someone
The best boxers in the world can hit at about 5000 newtons of force. That's enough to break a skull, but lifting a guy and tossing him like that? A giant guy like that wearing a vest would weigh a damn tone. He's also a hardened merc, not a weak, imbalanced man himself. It would be impossible for someone of nates build to do that from a static position at that speed, if at all. Pluss Nates hands would be powdered by the end of the day- i've seen bare knuckles get fucked up after a single strike- had a mate get some dumb Queenslander's tooth wedged deep in his knuckle, and it was barely a jab. At the rate and force nate punches, like body shotting body armor, his hands would be mangled, he'd run around with them in front of him like a velociraptor, probably screaming like a little girl.
Yeah, I'm gonna call bullshit on Nathan being able to do all this, and then not being able to land a punch on Nadine. Even getting his ass handed to him in a 2 vs 1 scenario in his favor. "BuT sHe HAs M I L I T A R Y T R A I N I N G". Yeah, so did many of the guys in this video, yet Nathan fucked them up against greater numbers.
yeah but you realize that Nadine is more agile and focuses way more on where to throw the strikes and also if you've seen Nathan you can see that he puts everything into a single punch which makes him lose balance easily. common sense mate
@@filipkolasny908 "yeah but you realize that Nadine is more agile" So? How is that necessarily a factor? If I was fighting a dude with strength comparable to Nate (note that Nate is the same guy that can launch people their entire heights into the air with nothing but 1 jaw-breaking upper-cut) I'd moreso focus on keeping my distance and returning his attacks with comparable attacks in-terms of strength. Not try and grapple him or use "agility". Agility really doesn't play a role here at all. Hell in the Nadine fights it didn't play a role at all. I didn't see Nadine doing any flips or air-based attacks, instead she remained grounded. If you're talking about her kicks, then I still beg to differ. Nate has been shown to be easily capable of side-kicking and round-house kicking enemies in the face comparable to his height (an example is here: 3:25, if you analyse the footage frame-by-frame, you can clearly see that his leg is almost perfectly straight and his head is on-par with the mercenary's head, and therefore the hop manoeuvre didn't benefit him much at all, currently I am training in Taekwondo, and it is very hard to round-house kick someone in the face if they're on-par with your height, and yet Nate did it, also note that Nate's foot is facing sideways, whenever people with not much flexibility round-house kick someone's face, they usually have their foot facing upright aka vertically rather than horizontally, all of these indicate that Nate has stretched and is truly agile as well, I'd say comparable to Nadine), so it doesn't really matter either way. "and focuses way more on where to throw the strikes" I guess that explains why she sucked against Asav so much. Nate has shown many times that he's better at improvising and adapting to situations than Nadine ever has, and he's also very co-ordinated with his counter-attacks as well. Specifically with whenever he tends to take advantage of an enemy's momentum (specifically the brutes after they chuck a failed haymaker) and easily lands solid counter-attacks whenever given the opportunity, he showed this at best when he was holding-off Charlie Cutter in the tunnels of Syria in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Also, Nadine is way less involved with landing counter-attacks, she prefers throwing predictable and often highly telegraphed combos to topple over her opponent, which isn't favourable against someone with as good reflexes as Nate. "and also if you've seen Nathan you can see that he puts everything into a single punch which makes him lose balance easily" So you're saying Nadine doesn't...? In the fights she constantly throws punches less refined than how you interpret Nate's punches, and she telegraphs them to an extent Nate NEVER has before. In the Asav fight if you let her fight Asav and don't intervene, her attempt to redeem herself after getting bashed so much by Asav is by throwing an extremely telegraphed punch which Asav easily identifies and counters. Her punches are way worse than Nates. Also, Nate does put strength in his punches, sure. But that's the thing, it's a PUNCH. Since boxing is one of Nate's many fighting styles that he utilises, it'd make extreme sense for him to put a lot of force in his punches as well as his attacks in general. In boxing, you're not trying to punch AT your opponent, but rather you're trying to punch THROUGH them. You try to exert as much force as possible to gain all-the-more suspense and win, and one of the ways to do this is by using your upper-body aka torso to assist your punches. Nate shows this in spades, as he constantly twists his torso in the direction where he swings his punch as he uses it to assist his attacks (specifically here: 1:28). Also, you're acting like Nate only uses punches, which is false. He uses kicks (3:25, 7:51, 5:36, 8:09), elbow-strikes (1:25, 4:56, 12:32), knee-strikes (0:55, 1:09, 12:12), head-butts (3:47), and loads more. He isn't a one-trick pony.
I loved the H2H combat in Uncharted 4, actually the H2H combat mechanic is what I enjoy more in video games. But the game needed more scenes with Drake fighting unarmed and bosses.
Seems pretty unlikely because of the way they tend to throw haymakers. Plus I wouldn't call them boxers just because of that, that's just basic terminology.
