Probably even more if you consider people who would be the first to get rid of their cars, e.g. the ones who drive even less than the average. Say less than 10000km/year, so you could be replacing double the the cars when extrapolating from just driven distance. In reality it is probably much more.

Nobody is interested unless they decide to use the same steer-by-wire system used in the CyberFlop supplied by ZF Friedrichshafen which requires 48 volts.
