Tree only produces resources once it stopped creating roots. It only grows one root per cycle. In your case you left a huge area connected to the cobalt block which would take ages for it to produce anything. Therefore, unless you want to connect multiple ore blocks together, you should keep the blocks around the cobalt block to a minimum so that it starts producing as early as possible. Also, I have seen runs with TP + Probe and Repellent + Wither (needs to be unlocked) to deal with the large amounts of mobs on screen eventually and extend the run beyond 2+ hours.
I wonder how long you could hold out if you get both the condensator and the ressource converter. Also I'm a sucker for long Dome Keeper Prestige runs now. Preferably on Sunday morning (so, like, around the time this was uploaded), so I can watch it hungover and eat cold pizza and be comfy n shit

You are correct, I am a big NL fan. I try not to watch him too much since I'm worried about his mannerisms leaking into my videos, but I bet they still do all the time. Definitely one of the best to ever do it.
