0:21 There is in fact an endless mode. To access it change the gamemode from "Relic Hunt" to "Prestige" at the start of a run, then choose "Endless" after pressing start (which used to be the default Prestige gamemode).
Instead of finding a relic at the bottom of the map, you have to spend resources at the top of the upgrade menu to increase the prestige (score) you get each wave. Spending water or iron increases your base prestige, but it gets more and more expensive the more you spend. Spending cobalt increases your cobalt multiplier, and the cost to do so is fixed at 2 cobalt. At the end of a wave, your base prestige is multiplied by your cobalt multiplier, and the result is added to your total prestige, so for example, if you had 100 total prestige, 8 base prestige, and a cobalt multiplier of 3, you would have 100 + (8 x 3) total prestige at the end of the wave, which would be 124. You can also spend 30 iron and 2 cobalt to escape, which doubles your total prestige and ends the run.
You may have noticed that some enemies sometimes just don't show up. This is because enemies are map-dependant in Relic Hunt, so for example, on this run you didn't see any Drillers or Butterflies, but you did see Beasts and Divers. This is not the case on Prestige; none of the enemies are limited, making it considerably more difficult than Relic Hunt in my experience.
The map is also far bigger than Relic Hunt's Huge map, and there's a leaderboard for all of the scores, but I would recommend going by the Discord's leaderboard if you really want to be serious with ranking high, since most of the top in-game leaderboard scores are glitched at the moment, and they have a custom one set up there. The Discord (linked in game on the pause screen) is also very helpful for tips for prestige.

Too bad go didn’t get the condenser too. Then it could’ve really been endless mode.
@@danielsantos3254 he needed a larger cobolt tree for endless, the enemies were getting too much towards the end.

He could of had infinite iron 1 for 10 save 1 and repeat the system
When you have like 15 orbs in your elevator, getting the 3--->4 items per orb upgrade basically gives you 5 more orbs worth of speed all at once. It's a worth while upgrade in the long run
I think he doesnt get it for the excuse to have an abusurd amount of orbs
Also you should really use the cobalt you got and buy the physical damage reduction. The little popcorn guys for example deal huge damage, and that gets reduced A LOT with these 2 upgrades
I’ll be honest, I didn’t trust that auto repair either. At the end it did save you though. One of those tall ranged antler guys dealt a killing blow and it auto healed

I shall be honest. I like these longer videos. I wasn't paying attention to how long it actually was and kept expecting it to end but was pleasantly surprised that it didn't. It doesnt need to be every video. But one video this length every now and then would be..very nice. X3
I know it would be a lot but I wouldn't mind enjoying an uncut video of games like this, it's almost like a journey and personally I enjoy stuff like that .... Hope others feel the same

blitz, thanks to your videos on dome keeper I HAD to get it and i have to say it's the best game I have ever played. The huge map is very good for resources and upgrades. I played the game through all the map sizes and the huge is the best in my opinion
43:29 auto repair saved you otherwise you would have died
The more speed you get with the sword the more damage you do (go to the complete left then strike the enemy on the right & vice versa).
I love watching DFs runs on this game, but yours is so much more satisfying XD

Dome keeper idea: Mine every mineable thing on a huge map(or smaller)
For future reference, sword damage relies on speed so the farther back you wind up the more damage it does, and it’s not linear so it’s far faster to go for big swings

Technically there is an endless mode, its called prestige mode but its kind of like a competition. Still though, good video

Blitz you know with the sword if you shoot it from under the like Boulder shooting enemies you can cut off their heads and instantly kill them. I could be wrong though but I believe that is a mechanic
dont know about insta kill, but the sword can cancel the boulder attack if they get hit right

Capacity seemed like it was way more helpful then you were letting on. Should allow less time between harpoon shots and more burst at once.

When i saw the title of the vid i was like « no way he does 100min » but not only it’s not 100min but it’s 2 FREAKING HOURS (and 6 min) i wouldn’t be able to do that much without quitting so you need strength (and determination)

I also had cross-linking done. It was the single most painful experience of my life but it saved my sight so I don’t regret it.
One time i survived 61 waves and mined every block on a large map😅 The other time i survived 30 waves and mined out every block on the huge map🙃
Resource Converter + Water Condenser + tree on cobalt and you get unlimited resources - but it is pretty slow.
