I’ve heard that for insurance reasons they tracks they race at need to have concrete walls. Steel guard rails can be dangerous. They still have 5 track days. Kearney, Bandimere, Pueblo, Pueblo again, and back to Kearney. Hopefully Great Bend will be back in operation next year, because they’re gonna loose Bandimere. Which is gonna make these tracks nearly impossible.

As for the Bandimere Raceway in Denver area closing, if You have seen the video posted on PFI Speed with the first PSCA Race 2023, Brent has the track owner interview recorded. The owner provides some important information, including knowing in advance about the closure, arranged, planned for another location. I am aware that the owners of Bandimere are planning a new track, however there’s a strong possibility that next year RMRW will not have a track in the Denver area to race at. There aren’t many tracks in this area than can support an event like this. Unless you compromise safety or settle for 1/8 mile

Blayne already drives, races quicker than they allow in this "Junior Street" class.
Are You stating about the ET Brent Leivestad, PFI Speed achieved with his K-24, Turbo, AWD "Freedom Civic" ? If You check again and the posted results chart, You will see that he had 9.34 sec. Day 1 in Kearney, NE, 9.35 sec. Day 2 at Bandimere, Denver , CO, 9.065 sec. @ 150.70 MPH [(9:07- 9:19-:22] If You know, Brent managed 8.54 sec ET at Bandimere during PSCA in June with this "Freedom Civic", K-24, Turbo, AWD to the Semi-Finals, but resulted in some engine damage including the timing chain tensioner, as several other engines within PFI Speed have experienced in recent months; then swapped that K-24, with stock camshafts, etc. before RMRW, then as You know about the damage to the head on Day 1, swap with a stock head. Yes, Terry, there are many ways to use computer control to affect the engine performance, also transmission, etc, if the vehicle has an ECU-PCM/ECM, TCU/TCM. The use, setup, etc. is dependant upon the users' knowledge, access, sensors, etc. If You see the discussion with Clay Millican and his Crew Chief in his videos, You may get some idea of the controls, details they have, use along with others as Bren & Jaime - PFI Speed, Kevin Smith - KSR, Dick Anderson&Luis-FuelTech etc. All The Best, Sincerely
I am pretty sure delay boxes and other automated means to dial in a time are illegal. Otherwise just changing boost or timing is guessing . Hence why it can take a couple passes to figure it out .

You also clearly lack the basic knowledge with ECU-ECM-PCM, computer setting, adjustment, proper engine operation, etc. perhaps You have some rudimentary ideas, concepts, within computers, programming, applications, usage, and perhaps some aspects within vehicles. If You desire to actually develop the proper knowledge, ideas, concepts, principles, also the actual rules involved You can achieve these too. Thus You won't have to 'Guess', propose, assume, presume or such either. Good Luck

Tom, Steve, and the Swedes don’t do RMRW, they’re Drag Week guys. Cleetus probably had a couple reasons to bow out, Mullet breaking and being away from his family for 3 straight weeks. Not sure about Haulin Ash, or Royce, or WhyNot.

Neither of the McGiltons [both in Sick Week & Summer] There are many others that repeat as Corey Thompson, Jason Hurley, new last year, returned. Dane Paul Thompson returned with "Maliboom" from two years ago by sponsoring this new "Hot Rod" class with 17 participants including two others from Warr Performance [co-sponsors] too. Maybe more will participate in RW 2.0. it seem many have their various obligations. Though somewhat lacking in the many of the faster classes, especially some more known people, there are many new people, opportunities other participants to be involved with, excited with, about, their challenges, issues, overcoming, stories, etc. There is still much to follow and enjoy along with the many people. Grand Junction Colorado has a drag strip you guys should add that into rocky mountain race week I feel its to short with just 3 tracks!
