How to close home loan early ?

I am a layman in finance, and Im only 20 so I could very wrong. But why would any bank transfer the balance to another bank if i got the loan money from them? I have to pay it off to the bank I got loan from. It doesn’t make sense to me

It is the rights of consumer to transfer the loan to other bank , likewise we port our mobile number from one network service provider to another
