Hey, Dont forget that you can connect two units simultaneously and it does connect to the WLA NS7 Bluetooth puck that sony provided for SRS NS7 users. The Wla ns7 will give you lower latency and if you get a usb C to spdif converter it will work on the ps5 and provide you with3D tempest.
Just bought one of these and it's much more comfortable than my previous SRS NS7, as far as other people in the room not being able to hear it...nah. I tried it with my 71 year old mother in the room about 6 feet away, she's quite deaf, had the tv on quite loud and she could totally hear my TH-cam video playing at fairly low volume on it.
Had the predecessor of these, sony ns7 and it's still very enjoyable both for movie watching and also for around the house music listening. Bonus is that it has one of the best Bluetooth range in any device I've ever owned, making it actually a great portable desktop speaker if you ie, bring it to couple days trip.
My question is if you can use this with any other device, such as my pc and nvidea shield. I understand that it will connect, but can you use the dolby atmos?
I just got mine today but it sounds totally audible even when I'm 10ft away from it placed on the table. Very different from what I experienced in Sony showroom. Am I missing out on any function that needs to be switched on?
Hello. I read on Sony's website that these are best paired with a Sony Bravia TV with Dolby Atmos. I was wondering if I paired them with the bluetooth on my new, but lower end Samsung tv, are they equipped with a processor that will produce virtualized surround sound from the tv's stereo sound? I can't find and answer on Sony's website, so hopefully you can answer my question. Thank you.
So hi. I think you can connect them wired with your ps5 controller so the latency its much less. But i have some questions maybe you can help me . Firstly if i connect them with Bluetooth on my tv and am watching a movie there is any lipsync delay that its noticeable ? And lastly does it sound like i have a decend 5.1 surround system or its not to that level of audio experience. Thanks in advance. And your video was pretty helpful too ❤
Is it seriously not possible to charge and listen to music via Bluetooth at the same time with a $300 device from 2024? They should fix this immediately (via update)!
8:40 he dont really talk about it… “a few miliseconds”. Its an statement that could be applied to any of the connection methods. But obviusly you have to spend 70$ for the low latency transmitter if you dont want to deal with the extra latency of bluetooth standard codec or even with the latency added by the wired analog to digital interface connection. A few miliseconds dont mean anything or even worse its misleading since a few miliseconds is what you would expect from a gaming headset with much lower latency
@@NewStuffTV1 thanks man I really appreciate your videos bro. These are exactly what I've been looking for as a disabled person Idk have to worry about messing up speaker wiring or people who come to assist me complaining about the sub vibration when I'm watching a marvel flick or a scary movie headphones are really nice but I always have to take a break from them for a few minutes at least after like an hour or so. And earbuds are great too but I've 25 dollar ones and 200 dollar ones from soundcore and Samsung and the bass just ain't it 😆
Thanks for bringing this up! I just tried it on a Samsung Frame and an LG TV from 2015 and the sound quality seems equally good. However, you can still be connected to your phone and TV at the same time.... You will loose the on-screen options to output sound on the Theater U and TV/Soundbar at the same time. That's a Bravia specific feature. Side note... You also have a few options within the Sony Connect app for custom EQ and sound Presets.
@@NewStuffTV1 Just to clarify, you can connect to an LG tv and listen on the Bravia Theater U, but the sound only outputs to the Theater U and not the soundbar/tv speakers? I have some hearing issues and a solution where I could have the U on and my wife and kids could hear the tv soundbar would be perfect. I have an LG tv and want to verify. Thanks!

What's the benefit of using USB c to spdif?

Just have the Sony AG9 TV

Very comfortable. I fell asleep on the couch wearing it last night.
@NewStuffTV1 had you try the ns7 version?
Would like to know his good this is comparing to Bose Soundwear which I have for more than 5 years now.
So it was connected to the TV over Bluetooth? How was the latency on that thing?
I talked about all of this in this video.
@@NewStuffTV1 Thanks bro I should have waited... 😂

Great! I made another video about it as well th-cam.com/video/RfulZXK0dUM/w-d-xo.html
Ciao e complimenti, ti seguo dall'Italia, ci sono molte differenze rispetto al modello ns7? Grazie mille😊
I can't believe that tgis is the first that I'm learning about this product. Definitely something u can use in my house. Good review!
Thanks for watching!
@@NewStuffTV1 my response is riddled with typos, smh.
hey buddy man, have you tried this out with dolby atmos movies on iPhone? Does it sound phenooooomenal?
Is it compatible with android tv? Or u need a sony tv ?
Uggh I love how comfortable it looks like, also the layering/surround sound.
Any tv will work, as long as it has bluetooth.
@@NewStuffTV1 thank you!
Had these sitting in my cart since pre-order waiting on a unbiased review
Dude... I'm telling you, they're worth getting. Sony should REALLY push more marketing on these. People are missing out.

Can you cameraman stay bloody still?!
你介紹的非常好 讓我對這產品很有興趣 剛好準備要換電視 應該也要買兩台這個來使用
Can your neighbor hear your stuff qhile u hvae it on?
I have one, definitely no!
Even you set it in highest volume, the noise can be stopped by a thin wall.
This guy not once played anything on it
For this kind of money there are just to many things better than this
Example?
Like what?
Such as?
💯‼️💙
Monster had these which was decent
