And for any1 struggling with this check out 1 Corinthians 10:13 which is a promise which can be received through Jesus that if you have an urge for certain sin, there's no urge for sin that isn't common to mankind- and God is faithful- so he won't let you have urge for sin beyond what you can bear- but when struggling he will provide a way out so that you can endure it. Seek and you'll find; ask and you'll receive
1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."

Totally agree. In high school there was this notion that watching pornography was manly and some of the guys in my classes would write down the names of porn stars in their ledgers which I guess was like in the old days with the pin ups and the cigarette cards that men collected. I guess?? But being a socially awkward geek who couldn't talk to girls I got sucked into this trap and spiraled. My social skills got worse cause I wouldn't meet up with friends and the porn consumption and all that became a dopamine crutch. I never went too extreme but BDSM became the go-to for me. It took some time and addressing my own issues but I was able to break that cycle.

I feel videos like this are confirmation that more people are waking up to what we consume as a society. Or at least a positive sign.

Female viewer here 😙 I also despise porn, and share your views about sex being sacred and precious. I was exposed to it too young and it was normalised in my environment as a teen, it took a couple of years to work through the damage that did to my relationship with my sexuality unfortunately. Sending love from Poland 💕💕

To respond to "what can we do?" don't underestimate what praying can do: James 5:16 "Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."
God can really change hearts and change anything really and I think our prayers can be more powerful when we're righteous/faithful (maybe even holy is the right word). I also watched Jordan Peterson speak about something like there being a direct causal link between individuals in societies being willing to use deception- and the collapse of the society; and similarly speaking about how the average person will probably have some sort of significant impact on around 1000 or more people- so if you go one rung out from that it's a million and another rung out it's a billion- and basically how our individual actions and lifestyles have a much more heavy impact on our world than we give them credit for (he described it as a concentric system or something). So again don't underestimate your individual actions- and you know Jesus is the truth so don't underestimate how obedience to the Father and following the path can transform things even in ways you don't know (james 5:13-20 goes into more detail).

Wow I totally agree with you. Thanks for making this video.
Having grown up in a religious (Jewish) society, I feel that these values you described here were really emphasized in my upbringing, like how sexual intimacy is the deepest bond that can happen between two people and how much meaning and depth it has.
Growing up, I lost my faith and no longer consider myself religious (though I do love Jewish traditions very much). But it really makes me sad to see that in the "secular" culture of today, sex has lost almost all its meaning and has become such a superficial thing. I don't think you really need to believe in God in order to see how damaging this culture is and to want deeper and more meaningful connections, to me it feels like the most human thing. But somehow it seems that a culture that loses God loses this very basic understanding... I don't know, it just makes me really sad and worried. I wish this could change

really appreciate the raw and authentic vibe in your videos. I can't help but notice a resemblance to Lana Blakeley, albeit without the cinematic shots. However, as you're just starting your TH-cam channel and being true to yourself, my advice is to avoid comparing yourself to other creators. You have that 'it' factor that could lead to significant growth and success in the future. Just keep doing you, and I believe your channel has the potential to become something big someday. Main stream porn in my opinion is detrimental to our society know more than ever considering it's literally everywhere and in the few touches of a button, via smartphones, tablets or computers. The best thing would be to educate the youth on it's consumption and the impacts in can have on our brain and subconscious mind or just have more discourse about it in general among the adult population. Keep being your authentic self Zosia

our teacher pulled this subject about the phub today. (im in 8th grade aka im 13) she told us love doesnt look like that at all and we should leave all that till we grow up and find our true love the proper way. i already knew that cause i watch self-improvement yk. but we should really have this talk for our children specially the teens. i remember my cousin once he pulled his phone and said "lets watch some ass on tiktok" i was like NO WTF then he said now u wanna be pios i know u very well. he basically thinks that all these stuff are normal and everybody uses them WICH IS SO BAD. i really wanna do smth ab him honestly but idk what shall i do. He was my best friend since kindergarden and now it hurts to see him going slowly in that rut. what shall i do?

After a while, you find that porn is just gross. You never find what you want, and it draws you along into nowhere. You can break away from it by understanding that wants and needs are not the same thing. You slip up from time to time, but focus on mindset first and foremost.

Also funny how the everyday-feminist have been more quiet on porn since OnlyFans blew up. Many of the high school girls I went with who actively spoke out against porn, now themselves perform online. The moment it became comfortable and profitable it wasn’t a cause to fight anymore, but merely a new profession for the everyday girl.

People will use fantasy even without porn probably because according to the difference between male and female. If the male produces oxytocin (dopamine) in fantasy this gets released like a drug. So in essence the male is self medicating to feel good. The goal of reality is to receive this in a real scenario. Otherwise male population uses sex fantasy to feel loved. However are clueless to this love connection. And this takes away what female already realize. That dopamine oxytocin is connected to falling in love. Maybe poem will cause females to become more male oriented? Regarding using sex and fantasy as this feel good release. Too much dopamine is the same as addiction or drug abuse? Which may lead to mental and emotional harm? Schizophrenia depression and anxiety might be related to to much dopamine. Similar to drug use, smoking and over eating.

Tbh as a man I'll say it's so hard to meet anyone in this day and age and I've found it's easier to get a hookup than it is to get a date. I don't like hook ups so I don't pursue it but that just leaves me alone. I'd quit watching porn and cut it out of my life if I had someone in my life to quit for. An interesting point I heard from Jordan Peterson a while back is that the biggest cause of porn viewing for men isn't being horny but rather being purposeless and lonely. It's an easy dopamine hit when you have nothing else to get dopamine from. I'm moving soon so hopefully I'll be able to find get a fresh start for a better life. Thanks as always for your thoughtful videos.

Apologies if this comes across "advicey" but I genuinely think if you were to quit p*rn before you found a partner you would be much more likely to end up with the right partner. I feel like doing the right things early (including with goals and changing life) and just doing the small and steady stuff early is like having the right root so when you grow you actually grow properly and everything is in place. Like imagine only ever practicing sprinting when you're getting chased- better to train early if ygm. God be with you though hope things go well- quitting p*rn for me (and ive seen it for others) changed things for me that I never expected so i really feel like just walking in the good and right direction is worth it even if you dont know why.
Jesus talks about this sort of thing Luke 16: “Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own?" But yeah man hope things go good for you and remember Jesus is always knocking and he's the only way to heaven and there's so much mercy and deliverance from darkness in him (Acts 4:12, John 15:5, John 14:6-7). Seek and you'll find, ask and you'll receive, knock and the door will be answered- James 4:1-3 is good too

Truth is where I'm at right now has pretty much destroyed me mentally so I'm moving somewhere that I'll be able to find positive things I can focus on and do that. It'll be a process but I'm quitting either way. Thanks for the positivity and God bless. God willing I'll break free of these vices forever and be the man I need to be
