Friend of mine bought a Lightline jacket. At least in part on my advice.
I suggested he enter the jacket’s 12-digit Down Codex bar-code through ME’s website. Turns out this Lightline’s nominal 700 Fill Power Duck down was sourced from farms in Jiangxi Province, in North East China. The interesting thing is this down has an actual Fill Power of 795, with over 97% down cluster/fibre. No wonder he feels like he’s wearing a sleeping bag!
Love to see ME release a hard-core Lightline version utilising their highly regarded dual off-set baffle with heat reflective scrim techniques/technologies. As used in their Baltoro & Paiyu/Trango jackets. But one with the increased Fill Weight, a removable hood like the Lightline’s & at least one large internal mesh dump pocket.
Well impressed with ME’s Lightline & their down traceability though.

Nothing about the fitting or sizes at all. I'm normally a large but at 5ft10, the medium kyros seems very generous. Can you help me?

Hi David, Could you provide use with your chest measurement to help us in getting you sized up?

@@tauntonleisure hi yes. I measured just over 39inch around the back, under the armpits and across the chest. 34Waist (on a good day) :)

@@Daavitt-qw3ze Thanks. I would suggest taking a look at the size medium.

@@tauntonleisure thank you for your reply. I'm really torn between this and the kyros. Is the kyros overly chunky for daily wear? Prefer the double chest pockets and little extra details
