Hi! I went through a very similar stage years ago and i just wanted to say sometimes our anxiety believes its protecting you. Like if i look at instagram or if i think of the worst outcome then I’m going to at least be prepare and it wont hurt as much. It sucks to lives with a knot on your chest but God has been the only one that has helped me through it. As humans we will alway feel a void but God is there for us, if we would only pray and ask, and believe with our hearts he fills our hearts with hope and peace. I hope I am not coming off as preachy but just wanted to encourage you!
The God who helped you and whom you are searching for is Jesus Christ.
He says :
