I wash them on cold water and use the Persil stain remover detergent!! It’s a little more on the expensive side but there’s literally NOTHING it hasn’t been able to remove from my clothes!

Use blue dawn dish soap on the stain. Scrub it in with a toothbrush really well and let it sit for 12-24 then rewash them. It works on almost all my stains lol
