I google searched for it and found it at a sprint car racing supply website. You simply replace the screws that hold the Radiator on with longer screws and spacers. I think I showed it on one of my two videos about the problem from back when I first bought it.
So how many miles until you will need a rebuild. Ours is a 2011 or 2012 rzr 800 going on 9k miles. Still runs strong. But input shaft bearings are gone. Will need to get that fixed. Don’t know how much yet
I now have 10,300 miles. Engine and transmission seem good though Inhave replaced both the primary and secondary clutches. Needs wheel bearings and brake pads and some TLC but engine and gearbox seem to be fine.
Thanks, I'm actually working on the 10,000 mile version! I'm just past 10,000 miles but blew a rear shock so have to replace that before I can finish the video!
Ive had a 900 trail, 1000, and turbo. I swear my 900 was by far the most fun I had. I had a tune on mine too and she was a little rocket
Thank you! Cheers from Palm Springs!
You're welcome. I'm trying to get to my 10,600 mile review and 500 miles on a 2023 that I replaced it with!
Where did you purchase the honeycomb cover for the radiator? And was it difficult to install?

Got a 10k video?
