I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. Thank you for talking about this disease and making it not so taboo. When I first opened up about my diagnosis it was empowering to other women around me to get checked as well! Way to go and keep doing what you’re doing!

The flu is like 3x worse then my periods but I only get cramps like once or twice a cycle

I am the EXACT same with my period!! I get upset about the tiniest things and just start thinking, "well, I guess my life is just going downhill now" 😂 then my period comes and I'm fine again. It's crazy what hormones can do!

Me too! I was raised by my Nannie and she only had a couple makeup products- I remember that powder, a “rouge”, a lipstick, and the oldest mascara I have ever seen- it was in a matchbox shaped box with a brush (you would wet the brush and rub it in the mascara that was a solid)

I’m currently getting ready at my fiancé’s parents place & the lighting in this bathroom is less then ideal. How about a video with tips and tricks for getting ready when you’re away from home & in an unusual setting. Different lighting, mirror angles, for example I sit at home & stand here & it’s just awkward. Is this something everyone runs into or just me? Lol I feel like you would have the best tips for doing your makeup in a setting you’re not used to. Hope this makes sense 😂 I’m supposed to be getting ready quick so I’m trying to get this thought out before I’m caught typing on my phone 😂. Have a beautiful Monday, you beautiful humans! ❣️
Lolol relatable!!! I am currently staying at my childhood home visiting family. I always go to a window with natural lighting and get ready there because I can't handle not being able to see. I bring a mirror with lights as well and always put down a towel so I don't spill something on someone's carpet. Lol I know Tati would give great tips as well but just wanted to show you so love and let you know the struggle is real lol! Hope you have a stupendous day!

I’m a male and even I felt empowered by her «women are strong» speech
Just wish society would feel the same way but sadly women are still considered inferior while the normal formula for women is just at the level of a conscious object meant to be the property of man. I.e religion and the nuclear family ideal of the right wing. It's 2019, women can work, vote but it's still a boy's club inside and out. Especially socially as to what a woman is supposed to do with her own body. We have a long way to go.

TO ANYONE feeling depressed and that doesn't mean depressed in the aspect of wanting to commit Suicide! This is an actual issue before, during or sometimes after your period. This is know as PMDD ... Pre or Post Dysforic Disorder (or Depression Disorder). It's actually quite common and you may need to speak to your OBGYN about it. Most Drs are willing to prescribe an antidepressant or birth control that will help you. Do not shrug it off as just PMS there maybe a deeper medical cause. It's better to be safe than sorry

I was diagnosed with this! However I was able to cure it by eating healthier, working out 3x a week and talking with a therapist once a week 💜
I have pmdd and it basically ruins my life for 3-4 days. It's bad enough to make me suicidal when I'm otherwise pretty stable. I agree its not something to play around with.

I’m legally blind but still do my make up. I can barely see out of my left eye and partly out of my right. I wanted to say thanks because I have watched you over the years and you have really taught me a lot. I was wondering on your recommendations of mirrors that have a significant magnification- I find a lot of them project a warped image. Would you be able to do a video or offer me some recommendations? I’m talking 20x mag lol. Yep, I’m that blind, sigh. Anyway, thanks so much :)
Canadaheather My Mom before she got her laser eye surgery had bad eyesight and wasn’t ever able to do her liner perfectly straight so I did a ton of research (so I could give her one as a gift) and found out that there’s not a lot of good magnifying mirrors with a ton of magnification to them. The ones that I have found that are reasonably priced are the small x20-x30 ones at Bed Bath and Beyond. Zadro mirrors are the best imo, but I don’t think they go that high in magnification. Hope this helps!

I know this is not the most recent video to comment on and it is also late to your Halo Beauty launch, but I just wanted to tell you this, Tati. I have been going through a rough recovery from a major surgery that saved my life (I am 21) and because of everything my body is going through my hair, skin, and nails have been in very rough shape. Whenever I am well enough to start working again I am going to try Halo Beauty. I do not trust anything else because nothing has ever helped me even in the past. They all make me break out. But I have heard so many amazing stories from people who have used your products and I am 100% convinced to try it. I am going to be feeling good on the inside and I know your products will make me feel great on the outside. I can be my old self again. I still apply my foundation with my hands! I do find it helps to melt it into my skin - I'm actually a huge fan of applying all possible makeup with the fingers. Just remember to wash your hands, likeminded lads and lassies!

Mel Thompson uses the tart primer to and says that the L’Oréal is the closest one to the tart, and she’s a makeup artist and uses a lot of higher end makeup in her videos. Her videos are really good, she does a lot of 3-5 looks in one video when testing first impression eyeshadows.

For some weird reason “Ask A Mortician”s Video was in my suggested and there they were showing the technic on how to apply makeup on the deceased. She explained how different the makeup is. They’ll even use pure silicone and stuff. And how their “foundation” is “incredibly highly pigmented” that it could even cover the blue color of her medical glove.
I dunno. I think it’d be cool. 🤷🏻♀️

I love Ask A Mortician and this idea seems cool! However, I doubt that lots of mortuary makeup is safe to wear or good for your skin. Also, it might be hard to find or expensive. But, if the technical details didn’t get in the way, I bet it would be a fun video!

The Physicians Formula mascara has been my fave for YEARS. It scores a 1 on EWG and it's the only mascara that doesn't make my eyes feel like there is sand in them at the end of the day. That said, I sort of accepted that it's a nice subtle everyday mascara UNTIL I watched this... TWO COATS!!!! Why has this never crossed my mind?!?!?! Now my favorite everyday mascara just got a little more glam!!! THANKS TATI!

Tati, LOVE the bold brows. I am blonde and have very light brows so I still obsess over ABH dipbrow. It’s all I use because otherwise I just barely have eyebrows. I also use the Charlotte Tillbury legendary brow gel on top to set them- really recommend you try it if you haven’t!!! I was hooked on glossier boy brow for a while, but the Charlotte Tillbury is much less gloppy and easier to apply, esp over other products
