You're budget is pretty low for anything 1/10 that is comparable to the Truck in this video.

In the UK we have FTX which might be sold as RGT in the US (definitely in Australia). FTX do waterproof outback series from £170, don't know what the equivalent RGT is though but have a look if they're in the US. Looked this channel up, did not realise you weren't in the US (just guessing by the use of dollars), there may still be similar rigs out there
