Also add I have been a security guard for 36 years. As stated you can film in a public place but not inside a building.Unfortunately most security guards are tick box persons and gain their SIA badge plus no customer care training. With out boasting I have a high level security certificate s and customer care certificate. To finish you get what you pay for ref security guards.
S.I.A. not fit for purpose. The course is designed so no-one can possibly fail. I worked in security for 20+ years and met some absolute idiots in the job.
It's a bit like the bus conductors in the 60's...immigrants are not stealing jobs...they're taking on low paid menial jobs most UK born citizens don't want to do.
@ never said immigrants or stealing jobs. It’s my point of view to say you have a job talking to the public then you need to be able to talk explain your point of view.
Are you trying to tell us our job ? 🤣🤣🤣 ffs, someone needs to, as you clearly don't, you 🤡. It's not publicly accessible, says the fool stood in a place where people are all over. 😭
'Security staff'......?? No spekedy Englis......No spekedy Englis ....... Or at least I could hardly understand a word of what they were saying. ........ Nicely handled video Mr Scorpion...well done!!!!!!
It's got nothing to do with "haters". It's a statement of fact. It's low skilled, low pay and often unsociable hours. Unless it's a specialist role it's not a desirable job for English people. Not much different to the lower end of hospitality.
@MrSlipstreem Just take the blue badge number and report it to sia. No powers in public. I still no understand where the paranoia is coming from. Is a men with a camera...2024...really??
12:40 Now that was a gentleman who knew how to approach someone and interact with them, Well done sir 👍👍 RESPECT ;-) p.s. The 3 Horses can represent : 1. Horse = Victory 2. Horses = Harmony 3. Horses = Teamwork Collaboration Strength plus there's other meanings to them but I like these 3 most of all 🖖
I had a good 4 hour walking tour around the city on Monday. I loved walking around Minster court one of the nicer new builds, a lot of the other new builds are gross & horrible looking. Massive que for the monument though, i gave that up in the end.
The three horses outside the post modern gothic 1990’s offices at Minster Court. the London Underwriting Centre is actually three linked buildings and artist Anthea Wynne claimed that she made one horse for each building. The wags soon gave them the nicknames, Dollar, Sterling and Yen. These striking horses are no doubt intended to convey the power of the financial city
Was that security guard having a stroke? Unintelligable muttering and performing the birdie dance is not really effective from a security point of view.
its like the Tower of Babel 🤣😂😆 SIA seemed so innocuous a few years ago, but I think history will recount their involvement in UK civil affairs in far more insidious terms. Do we remember what, and whom, caused the private security boom in at the start of the century? Oh, the irony....
I watch a guy from the USA (JawTooth) he's a train watcher. He says exactly the same about GoPro, as you do, so, it looks like GoPro is as good in the UK as the USA
Did that security guy even move his lips when he was mumbling when he first came out and the other one was so full of himself thinking he knows our laws. Nice bit of music at the end.
As for your GoPro best thing you can do is a full factory reset after each update. I know you’ll have to reset the settings you use. Also do a full reformat of the micro sd card using a computer not a quick reformat but the long one. Your GoPro may behave a bit better after that.
You need a preservation order slapped on ya. You must be one of the last london sounding people in london🤣 My subtitles really struggle with 'diverse' security guards.
10:39 when they wave or shout please start asking whos lost their dog.😂 Can not film Listen to me Mate, The 3 things they get taught on sia courses. Also you must have a fail in English to get a job
You are skating on thin ice by relying on Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972. That Section amends the Public Order Act 1936 which is an Act to prohibit the wearing of uniforms in public places in connection with political objects and for related purposes.
The definition of publically accessible area appears in more than one piece of legislation and works regardless of the origins of the act. The bit some Auditors miss is that, as it applies to private land, you can still be asked to leave for any reason (by the landlord or their agent), and or asked to stop filming as a condition for remaining. What security have no authority to do is demand you stop filming without attaching that condition - they ain't your Dad!
True. A lot of people completely misunderstand that Section 33 of the Criminal Justice Act 1972 is merely the updated definition of “public place” in relation to section 9(1) of the Public Order Act 1936. It doesn’t give anybody any rights to be anywhere. There are various other definitions of “public place” that relate to other acts, such as Section 46(5) of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001, but I’ve only ever heard auditors mention section 33, presumably because they’re just repeating what other auditors have said. Auditors don’t seem to realise that even on land that’s publicly accessible, the landowner or their representative can still ask people to leave unless it’s a public right of way. Refusing to leave is only civil trespass though so nothing serious, and as security usually aren’t clued up on basic laws, most won’t realise they can use reasonable force to eject a trespasser. In some ways quoting section 33 can work, as it makes it sound like you know what you’re talking about to clueless security.
Oh When Oh when will it be a necessary qualification for all police officers and security guards to speak The Kings English. Why would anyone construct a building with floor to ceiling windows then demand nobody looks inside ?
Mr Patel thinking he's telling off naughty kids for stealing cigarettes from his corner shop.

You pay peanuts you get monkeys
Off dinghy, straight to SIA licensing 😂😂😂
As Sybil Fawlty once said to Basil, "it would be quicker to train a monkey."
😂
It looks like they have done.
@@claudebylion9932looks like you're a racist
‘Flapping your arms around like a bird’ ! Love it😂
Angry Birds
I now know where the creator got the idea
I can't stop laughing

I don't work in security and still meet absolute idiots in the job ! 🤣🤣
SIA should be exposed for what they are.
Unbelievable they employ security who cannot speak talk English what the hell is that about.
It's a bit like the bus conductors in the 60's...immigrants are not stealing jobs...they're taking on low paid menial jobs most UK born citizens don't want to do.

Par for the course here.
Normal.😁
Are you trying to tell us our job ? 🤣🤣🤣 ffs, someone needs to, as you clearly don't, you 🤡.
It's not publicly accessible, says the fool stood in a place where people are all over. 😭
More unfounded demands from our elite city security guards..
Shows again these companies don't give a toss about the quality of security staff..only there to make their insurers happy
a wonderful educational repotars from a lovely building !
Out came the dregs shouting mouth off sorted out by scorpion JOB DONE 👏👏👏
'Security staff'......?? No spekedy Englis......No spekedy Englis .......

Smashed it again pal 👍
The ignorance is rife with that one lol
Flapping arms around like a bird 😂😂
This is what happens when you pay peanuts.
brilliant !
It's not that he "doesn't know" about the magnificent horses. It's that he doesn't give a sh*t about them.
AB's covered the language issue with these types and it goes " WAKA WAKA WE NOT IN AFRICA"..... they understand it apparently...
90% security are foreign, haters please don't say the English don't want to do these jobs
I fully believe the foreigners are hired for their ignorance of the bill of rights
They clearly don't.

I was on jobseekers 6 month I’d have bit their hand off for this.
The foolish little man thinking as a security guard he can dictate what the public does in public ! A bad representative for the building.
Well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you! 😃
How do these people who can't even speak English get an SIA licence?
On line with someone else answering multiple choice questions that a 6 year old could get right.
@MrSlipstreem Just take the blue badge number and report it to sia. No powers in public. I still no understand where the paranoia is coming from. Is a men with a camera...2024...really??

I am sure the Architect of this fabulous building, would be pleased that someone wanted to film it.
Section firty pheeeew! Nice work sir 👏
All the problems I've seen creators having with GoPro lately.
Seems that GoPro are making the best ads for choosing Insta360 or DJI action cameras! 😂
I've switched to the DJI Action 5 now. This is the last vid with the GoPro. Friday's vid is with my new camera. Much better quality
Gopros’ are rubbish, failing one by one. Usually due to overheating. AKASO or DJI are far better than current GoPros.

Thanks for the comment, excellent additional information
It's like the UN 😅
You dealt with the security here, with 'considerable aplomb' Your detailed explanation definitely emerged as the victor once again!
Well he is some guard.Only seems to do sign language.
Was that security guard having a stroke? Unintelligable muttering and performing the birdie dance is not really effective from a security point of view.
Police and security tend to not understand the basics of the law.
I thought 'Gotham City' and you said it aloud just seconds after. 😂
Great Minds
Why have a glass fronted building and then complain about people looking and filming inside
Brilliant! Definitely Gothamesque!
"The Building Managers". Oh those guys, the ones with zero authority...
How can they work here with those levels of English, its astonishing. Be like me doing security in Hungary
its like the Tower of Babel 🤣😂😆 SIA seemed so innocuous a few years ago, but I think history will recount their involvement in UK civil affairs in far more insidious terms. Do we remember what, and whom, caused the private security boom in at the start of the century? Oh, the irony....
More foreign security who don't understand UK laws and especially photography laws 😂😂😂😂
5:40 trying to remember his school lesson in English 😂😂

Thanks for the tip! I've got a DJI Action 5. Really impressed with it
Peehaps they are fearful that the camera may capture their souls.
Why are security so unprofessional and clueless, poor recruitment and training is a major problem. Retired lifeboatman
You should get one of the extended poles for your camera so they can’t put their hands over your camera and try to stop you
I've got one now. just bought a DJI Action 5
@ ok
❤ your work
Thanks
SECURITY GUARDS ARE GREAT 🤥👍
None of em are tall enough 😂 and tell him you’re not his mate.
You need a preservation order slapped on ya.
You must be one of the last london sounding people in london🤣
My subtitles really struggle with 'diverse' security guards.
No comment........:-)
How many security guards pass a basic course without knowing the laws
Too many
All of them!
Another SIA badge earned in a lucky bag
How much do these security people get paid? I mean 1 TH-camr can cause the whole security department into chaos!
Get yourself a DJI body cam far more reliable than the GO PRO. Do you sometimes think you are in another country.
Done....I've got a DJI Action 5 now. It's excellent
THE STILL UNEDUCATED HAHAHA
How did Mr blue suit pass his job interview.
Someone else sat it.
10:39 when they wave or shout please start asking whos lost their dog.😂
Can not film
Listen to me
Mate,
The 3 things they get taught on sia courses. Also you must have a fail in English to get a job
The sia need to teach these so called security services how to speak English.
When these security guards get trained they should be taught how to speak English
😊
12:40 surely they should have at least one person that can speak and understand English ????
Why are most security guards not English. I don’t understand, is it waves?
Wages
Maybe hiring actual Brits with a knowledge of British law and a better grasp of English language would help these businesses 😂😂😂

@dr_dr What part of my observation are you addressing?
@dr_dr By the way publicly is spelt that way
You might want to teach them English as well.
9mins in and I’m bored
Oh When Oh when will it be a necessary qualification for all police officers and security guards to speak The Kings English.

The guy in the blue suit was strange looking
🤣🤣🤣Security providing the world hours of entertainment - Barnam and Bailey must be training these clowns - cheers from the outback 🦘🦘
More uneducated security. Be good if you could understand what thay are saying. Please retrain these half witts.
