This Salmon Stew Will Change Your Life

  • Salmon Stew
    In a medium bowl:
    combine the
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp sweet paprika
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    1 tbsp minced garlic
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Cut our salmon into square or rectangular pieces,
    Let the salmon marinate
    in this paste for at least 2 hours.
    The longer, the better.
    Prepare the vegetables, any available
    vegetables from your fridge.
    But the onion, cherry tomatoes
    and parsley is a must.
    Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon bites and cook for 1 minute over medium-high heat
    turn the salmon pieces over and cook for another 1 minute
    Set aside
    Saute onions, tomatoes and bell pepper
    Layer the fish pieces on top
    Pour coconut milk
    Sprinkle about half of our
    fresh cilantro on top.
    Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes
    Flip them over, add 1/2 tsp salt,
    1/2 tsp pepper and asparagus.
    Cover it again.
    simmer for 10 minutes
