Outstanding work! I loved when you said at one point, "this fits in here like this and then falls off." Ah, the realities of model building. Dave

    Looking really great.
I've generally stopped using decals (unless I absolutely have to) and will always use paint masks where I can, or freehand markings, which on armour isn't that much of a chore.
For aircraft though... trying to paint aircraft markings I think would be difficult to say the least, espcecially on aircraft that have a lot of stencilling or complex markings like nose art and so on.
Anyway, I think you've done a fantastic job on this one - looking forward to the next vid where you tie it all together and we can see the Swordfish in all it's glory. Great video thanks for sharing.

I'm not sure, Brad. Scalemates might be a good place to look.

Who makes the dark dirt and light dirt washes you use? Also, do you thin it and with what if you do?

There are a few manufacturers, but I use Ultimate Modeling Products. I've never thinned it, but I have mixed some of the colors together to get different shades. If you try them, always test them first. I have found that the dark colors tend to stain, so I don't used those as much.
