Toyota Previa / Estima back seat runner removal

How to remove the seat runners in a Toyota Previa or Estima (2002).
I was put off from doing this a year ago from what I had read (that it was really hard). Rebuilding the camper this weekend I decided I would have a go anyway.
Takes around an hour, not hard at all. Need 14 and 10mm sockets and a few screwdrivers.
