Nice idea!!! Song suggestions = Harry Chapin's 'Cat's in the Cradle' is a great song; message isn't quite lullaby tho. Cohen's 'Hallelujah' is a killer song too (I dig Wainwright's version). You and Pops did an awesome job with Pooh's Corner! What about Loggins and Messina's "A Love Song". Jim Croce's got some good one's too. See, now I'm just thinking of songs I want to hear you sing! LOVE the idea of a children's album, as well as your take on this classic. My only suggestion is... a song for Ella Grace :) Your songs for your other 3 children are some of the purest, most meaningful and most beautiful songs I've ever heard. No one does it better than you!
My twin year old daughter's are working on this number for their elementary school variety show next month. One plays piano and the other sings. It really is a proud moment for me when they perform.
