This is how you know you were raised Church of God--ha! I was singing that just the other day. I like the patter you do between lines about your brother and mother, etc. You came to our church in Tampa many, many years ago (probably in the late 70s or early 80s). My dad had somehow picked up your album (it might have been your first one) that had "Heaven Bound Train" and "You Can't Be a Beacon If Your Light Don't Shine" on it, and he scheduled you. I had just started playing guitar seriously when you came. I never came remotely close to your level of skill, and now I focus on piano mainly. But what an inspiration you were! I don't have that album any longer, HOW ABOUT POSTING IT SO WE CAN ENJOY IT??? Appreciate you taking me back to my roots (yes, I'm Church of God).

As many people around me drop out of the race, this was a big encouragement to me. We all stand alone before the Lord at the end, and sometimes have to walk past friends and family who give up, sad as that is.

I was doing my late night picking and playing in the key of A. Just as I am ends with "I come "and the Little Drummer Boy begins with "come ".I do both in A usually and I think it would be a good mix. See you in Canaan.

I see your a fan of Martin , me also ,I've had a couple or three, but now I have a Sigma 00028 50 year old solid top made in Japan and a OM42 Cider top custom made in China ,also OM 28 spruce top custom made in China , the pliability , tone of these guitars is 2nd to none and the price ! well say no more, I love these guitars.
