I live in a very expensive County as well but I lucked out. I got a really cheap place, but it is older, but in a great neighborhood. So I sparkled ✨ it up and updated it to look very modern. I don't know why ppl are suprise with the living cost in FL! You can't get a 1 bdroom for less than $1700 a month. Everyone from up north think moving here is cheaper, babyyy it's NOT!! We are on the Treasure coast but I own now and the prices of rent is what I pay for my mortgage and much much bigger. Cost of living is only going HIGHER😭😭

We live in Loxahatchee now because our apartment in West Boynton was close in price to a single family home 😢. I just thank God we can afford it when I pay bills. Ps I have the same shirt 😂 it doesnt stop people from speaking.

These prices are crazy. I have a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a huge yard and i only pay $1321 for my mortgage. The catch is im up by Canada so we get really bad winter storms that come either from Canada or the Great lakes. We average 6-8 plus feet of snow every winter and can get snow into May. We can also get weather as cold as -40°(a couple times we had -40 for 4 days straight).
2 bedroom for $2100 is damn good cuz I’m from NYC and still live here and babeeeee you can’t even get a studio for $2100!!
