Thank you for posting this - a lovely trip down memory lane. I was born in Woking in 1949, and lived in Addlestone from birth (with a couple of years in Ottershaw) until 1968, left Surrey in 1972 to move to Darkest Wiltshire! I do miss my old home town though! Even though it has changed!
