Praise the Lord! Amen. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. He knows your troubles, he hears you! He is for you, on your side, always! It may feel silent at times, but he’s holding you close! May the Lord return soon! We are drawing closer. He is coming! Believe and trust in the Lord, you will be saved. Period. May the Lord bless you all! Hang in there family. Stay strong. It is not easy following the Lord. We are scoffed at. We give up our earthly dreams, our fleshly desires. What the enemy offers is short lived, but heaven is forever! Life may seem or be unfair, but God is with you! Always remember that. Things may get better or worse for you, but a kingdom awaits you! Finish the race! Repent daily and carry your cross. This world is fading fast. Your troubles are temporary! New channel here, I’d appreciate any kind of support. Don’t give up! God loves you so much! So do I. The Lord bless you!

It’s hard to find ourselves feeling out of alignment because of something we’ve done and can’t seem to get out of because that time has passed. For example: How when you didn’t know God’s will.
    Ex. Being in debt owing
Ex. Rearing children as a babe in Christ feeling like we missed opportunities to properly teach them the truth of this world of deception.
We can’t get that back but we can buy back that time by teaching others that do have children and haven’t gotten themselves in debt. This comes from wisdom we had to seek and pray for and read about.
God still loves us, if he can give his son of our sins, he has forgiven us for our short falls that weren’t sins.

How can I rest without becoming lazy? Words like this encourage me and I want to fight the good fight but I feel like if I take any time not reading the Bible or watching a sermon, I'm wasting time or being worldly. Please pray for me brethren

I understand how you feel, i've been there and still struggle with that. I read somewhere that that is the result of a divided mind. After all, it is God who has given us work, sleep, walking...all our daily activities.
For a believer, the secular is sacred because their life is hidden in Christ. Both resting and praying are all pleasing to God. The Bible says 'whatsoever you do, whether you eat or drink, do it all for the glory of God.' Eating and drinking are the most basic things, meaning even working, walking and taking a rest can be done for the glory of God.
What I encourage you to do is to sanctify the secular with prayer. Before you do something, pray about it and thank God for it, that way you wont feel like you are wasting time on it or being worldly. Also, seek to be filled with all the fullness of God. Pursue God with a your heart and He will fill you with The Holy Spirit. I have noticed that when i'm experiencing God's presence, whatever I do becomes as an act of worship. I am so joyful and thinking about Christ all the time, so I don't feel like other stuff are purposeless.
Be encouraged sister, remember that Jesus Christ has saved you and your life is in God's hands. Whether you feel it or not, the truth is He holds you and all you do is meaningful. Remember, the son of Man ate, walked, rested, worked and laughed just like you and I do daily. So resting matters just as prayer, Bible reading and watching a sermon does.

I have struggled with this too. Sometimes I have to do other things that are not reading and studying the Bible or listening to godly pastors like pastor John and other edifying things. For 2022 it was as if the Lord let me know that everything I do, it is to his glory, whether I eat, drink, build steps for my shed, prepare dinner, or whatever it is I do, it is to God's glory. The exhortation to not participate in works of darkness is the only exclusion. All else is to the glory of God:)

I believe an accurate way to interpret this verse is: "See then that you walk with precision" as if walking through a minefield.
Redeeming also means "save from loss" in the greek. I think that also fits accurately. If you walk wisely you are redeeming the time, that is if you are walking wisely you are saving that time from what otherwise would be lost.

Jesus Christ went to the cross and now lives to set sinful you free from death and hell. Repent and turn your heart to Him before it’s too late. If He calls your heart, say yes!
