    I’m from Saudi Arabia, I studied English as a Second Language in JCSR in 2019. I really miss every thing in SR. I hope one day I get the chance to come back again 💔

    I’m from the south, moved to California in 2005. Currently live in Los Angeles since about 2007. Homeless here is out of control. I’m looking at moving up to the Santa Rosa area anytime between three months to a year from now. Just depends on what I get taken care of you’re very I have friends that live in Santa Rosa and I can say that whatever problem you guys have with homeless, it’s nothing compared to what I deal with on a daily basis in Los Angeles. Virtually every 7-Eleven, every CVS, McDonald’s wherever you may go you’ll find someone they’re begging for money. And I like to help people out. But It really can become overwhelming.

      Ah I’m so sorry you have to deal with that. Let’s chat about your move here! Call me anytime 707-244-7088

    So I grew up in Santa Rosa back in the 70s and 80s went to Brook Hill elementary then to Santa Rosa Jr and Comstock Jr then to Santa Rosa High till my parents moved us to Peoria az where I graduated then left home for the military where I spent 28 years of my life. Now fast forward to now the wife and I moved to Buckeye AZ and we hate it here. We been thinking about moving to Santa Rosa and want to buy. But we don't know what part to buy yet but want to stay away from the homeless. Any ideas where to buy ? I been back a few times over the years for a few days visits just to reminness in my old stomping grounds around Coddingtown. Any place you recommend that's affordable?

      Hey Robert! Thanks for watching my videos I really appreciate it. Wow I’m sure it was so different back in the 70s and 80s. Shoot me an email I’d love to chat with you and find out a little more about what your looking for so I can help you pin point a location.

    You talk about the homeless problem as a virus vs something as a community we need to address and help. Your approach doesn't feel super sensitive on a super sensitive topic. Just noting that. I live in SR and love it.

    • @LivingInSonomaCounty
      @LivingInSonomaCounty  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sorry you feel that way, Bobby. I am very empathetic to the current homeless situation. Sometimes it’s hard to gauge context in videos. Thank you for watching! I’m glad you love this town as well

      @@LivingInSonomaCounty I wanted to point this out as I like your videos but found this one hard to swallow. Sometimes it's good to point that out. I know you're a realtor and the "homeless problem" when it comes to buyers can often be construed as "bad problem for you the buyer."

    Is it true you can collect $300 per day tax free cash with a cardboard sign standing at a signal at the end of a freeway off ramp, or in an intersection's median collecting from drivers in the left turn lane?
    I also heard methamphetamine is very plentiful and cheap, and you can use your crack pipe and torch lighter in broad daylight on a public sidewalk and police will pass by as if that were entirely normal.

    what do you think about Monroe or the area a bit to the left of Coddingtontown shopping center?

    • @LivingInSonomaCounty
      @LivingInSonomaCounty  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! Thanks for commenting. I think thats a good area, close to the mall and downtown. Are there better areas in Santa Rosa? Of course. But I believe there is a neighborhood here for everyone it all depends on what's important to you about the neighborhood you live in. Do you currently live in Santa Rosa? Hi Maryanne! Thanks for watching! I think Montgomery village is great. Awesome location. Walking distance to some awesome restaurants / shops. That neighborhood has gone up in value significantly over the past year. Where do you live now?
