  • 1 cup cooked black beans (or 1/2 cup uncooked)
    2 tbsp salsa
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    2 tsp fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp olive oil
    dash of salt
    black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste
