It's also so comforting to actually know that Abel is truly as genuine and warmhearted as you described him to be. It makes me so happy to see how the weekend has gotten so popular, I remember back when I heard twenty eight on ITunes as it was the free single of the week, and I was telling everybody about this guy and everybody I told was like I mean it’s alright lol but I always stayed on the lookout for new music from him and to witness it reach this level from that perspective has been fascinating! I hope to meet him as well someday, that’s really awesome Jon.

So pleased for you man! Around 4-5 years ago I met Stephen Merchant in a 1-1 15 minute meet with myself and my carer. It meant the world as he had just done a 2 man show at the theatre. It was knackering for him but due to me having autism and my obsession on ‘The Ricky Gervais Show Podcast’ and all of their other projects back in the day. That meeting him would mean the world. I completely get how your feeling it’s quite giddy meeting someone you admire. 😍 Again man, super pleased for ya!

As someone who was a fan from 2011 finding him on KTT after listening to random bandcamp uploads and then the rollout for house of 🎈 I ended up meeting him on the first US tour right after Coachella in 2012 in New Orleans then again during the kissland Tour in Tampa, Orlando & Miami.
He was very much like myself, introverted humble and soft spoken.
