The Secret Garden was my first ‪@Tonecheer‬ build. I had just spent 10 days completing The Coffee House and thought this one looked as though it wouldn't be as labor-intensive. (Don't get me wrong, I love the highly detailed, make-every-piece-multiple-days-to-finish nooks just as much as the ones that only require a few hours. It just depends on where I'm at in life with which nook I need to choose.)
As I hadn't worked with Tonecheer before, I could only go off of the images on the box, and a quick glance through the instruction booklet. Booklet is not an apt description, however. The assembly instructions are printed in black and white, skeleton drawings (meaning no shading or depth, just shells), and symbols indicating tool usage on a very large folded sheet of paper. While I do prefer instructions with color images, I have to say that, to date, I've had no issues assembling any of the Tonecheer kits I've made. The images are clear, and they make sense. Plus, I love their electronic kits. They are my favorite to find in a nook kit. Trust me, after you've spent a few hours trying to figure out how to strip and connect wires to a board without shorting something out, receiving a pre-built battery kit where you don't have to do anything but plug it in is like having dinner delivered by DoorDash instead of making it from scratch!
In any case, this was an easily assembled kit that was fun to make. Lighthearted, zero stress, and beautiful to boot.
