for anti-soon if the algo is done correctly it can easily be as fast as soon, i would usually do the double moves with my right hand aswell not left hand.

2:45 you can also do this alg with headlight on front R2 D R' U2 R D' R' U2 R' (I know that you already know this as coll lol) this has same number of moves but it prevents the regrip by using index finger for first R2

For anti sune I use my right thumb for the U’ after the U2’. Saves the overworked and is really consistent when you get the hang of it

For the last knight case you went over you can use your pointer finger to do the f move when you do a regrip and it flows nicer
