Hi. I did end up doing vlogmas that year and have a playlist for the videos here: th-cam.com/play/PLLBS1GEG0VBlSOM1uO8mZyTxJcquceJdw.html I am also going to be doing a version of vlogmas this year but not everyday. Stay tuned and thanks for watching. 😍
Hello Studio Stacy! I was wondering if I could create an encaustic comment on a piece of heavy cardboard, then mount the cardboard onto my acrylic painting. The wax and acrylic will not mix as the wax element will be added last. Let m winks what you think.
Hi, sorry I'm a bit late in responding to your comment. I don't see any reason why you could not do this. I say try it out. And let me know how it works for you.
It is a hangar 9 sealing iron. I bought mine on amazon but I see it is no longer available. Look up sealing iron or tack iron. If you buy one that does not have a temperature control make sure you also get a Temperature Regulator ;like this one: amzn.to/3KErWqG
Thank you! The painted collage papers are a combination of a variety of paint. I use encaustic paint, pastel, water color, and India ink. Some are also coffee and rust stained. The part in the video where you see the paint bleed onto the collage surface is encaustic paint.
Lovely process
Thank you for the very sweet comment and for watching.
yes please
