It varies person to person. For instance, my wife gets hit hard by allergies in the Spring and Fall whereas I don’t feel the effects at all. If you are someone that deals with allergies it will probably affect you more.
I really love the Cincinnati area and it seems like living in Northern KY would be more tax advantageous versus living in Ohio, so maybe someday I will move here if I can find a job
We get lots of people that choose to live in NKY specifically because of reasons such as this. If you ever have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out. 859-663-8464 Cameron@TheBerensTeam.com
there is definitely a Latino presence in northern Kentucky. in my opinion? I would say it might be diverse. but I'm Caucasian, so I couldn't really tell you with 100% certainty
This is why I love it. Extremely diverse. I have friends that are from puerto rico, Yugoslavia, Ghana, Mexico, Cambodia, Russia, African countries, I can go on and on but def diverse.
How is northern KY in terms of diversity. We may move there for my husbands job but we are a racially diverse family. Will we be accepted? Will our kids be treated differently? Is there a South American/Latino community?
Here is a website that ranks counties in KY based on diversity: www.niche.com/places-to-live/search/most-diverse-counties/s/kentucky/ Another notable mention I saw: Boone County, just south of Cincinnati, had the largest jump in its diversity index, from 19% in 2010 to 33% in 2020. There are certainly South American/Latino families in Northern Kentucky. If you want to talk in more detail feel free to text or call us🙂 859.663.8464
I have lived here almost 47 years. I have Russian, Yugoslavian, African, Hispanic, among other diverse friends. I am white, H is black, our son is biracial. Our neighbors are Indian, black, white, Hispanic. It is great here. It depends on which area but it’s def diverse
@@northernkentuckyliving you should do a segment on NKY backroads. Hebron, the Bellview Bottoms, East Bend. Such beautiful places and wonderful drives.

I like how you describe the weather. Better than being mostly hot. I love 4 seasons.
We definitely enjoy them here.
Helpful video! Could you describe allergy season(s) in Northern Kentucky and does it bother you? thanks

Con, you'll be checking the weather multiple times in a day. because the temperature changes so often.

I don't think so, it's nice but no diversity

For decades nobody cares about other people's ethnicity, this question is so weird.
NKY is the best.
We couldn’t agree more! Definitely a hidden gem of an area in the U.S.
